About Arran Southall

I’m a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Scotland, originally from Northern Ireland. I work with individuals and couples.

Therapy is an investment in yourself and can enable great change in your life. It would be my privilege to support you in whatever challenge you are facing.

I see clients in-person at my garden office in Paisley, Scotland. I also work online with anyone in the UK.

Before accruing thousands of hours of experience across 5 years of practice, I graduated with distinction as joint top student from the University of Strathclyde Counselling & Psychotherapy MSc programme.

Beyond my Masters degree, my qualifications include a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate, an ACTO Online & Telephone Counselling Certificate and a Physis Certificate in Couples Work.

When I’m not working as a Therapist I enjoy wild swimming, hill walking, going to the gym, reading, film, video games and music.
